Lance has been helping families and investors buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate since 2016 here in Sioux Falls, SD. Lance also owns an Airbnb in Green Bay, WI! He loves going to work every day because he loves meeting new people and building relationships. Lance believes that is one thing that separates him, it is more than just a transaction with Lance and that shows in the continued relationships he maintains with his clients. He really cares about the individuals he works with and it fills his cup when they land their dream home.
